A staff day held on your own premises can be a great experience

When planning a company staff day, a TYKY day, or a TYHY day, you don’t always need a new venue or to travel far.

If a company has its own facilities suitable for the purpose, the experience can be brought to where the team already is.

We’ll take care of everything as agreed: The barbecue tables will be delivered to the venue, the event will be set up, and the food will be ready for the barbecue chefs.

Around the barbecue table, everyone can help prepare the food. At the same time, we chat, laugh, eat, and spend time together.

Meals become part of the day’s schedule, not just a break in between other activities.

At its best, a staff day offers something that doesn’t happen during a typical workday: time to connect with coworkers away from desks, meetings, and the hustle and bustle. The barbecue table is designed specifically for this purpose.

Working together at the same table is a natural way to foster a sense of community. No one needs to know how to grill or take part in the organized activities. One person flips the chicken fillets, another hands out the food to be grilled, and a third focuses on socializing.

Working together just happens naturally.

That’s why the Grill Table Experience is perfect for events such as staff days, team-building days, TYKY or TYHY days, team days, after-work gatherings, or corporate client events.

We also want to make organizing staff events as easy as possible for the client.

The event can be tailored to the group, the occasion, and the available space. SocialBBQ can handle the barbecue tables, transportation, food, table settings, and any agreed-upon logistical arrangements.

The company is left with the most important task of all: bringing people together.

The barbecue experience can be held at the customer’s own suitable venue or at SocialBBQ’s own location in Aura.

If you’re planning a staff day for your company and are looking for something other than a traditional catered meal, we’ll create a barbecue experience tailored to your group.

Interested?
