Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online shop website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, and creates a contract with these terms of delivery between us.
Payment and payment methods
The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears on the statement of account and invoice as the recipient of the payment. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information about the payment transaction.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods
Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available.
MobilePay: you can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Flexusto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The credit is issued by Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Read more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose when placing your order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are 45 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be indicated in the product options.
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last delivery or, in the case of regular deliveries, the first delivery.
Cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by using our cancellation form, by sending us an email below or by sending us a written notice with the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal applies only and accordingly, the products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return.
If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is given to our Returns Address below. If necessary, the person returning the goods must prove that they were returned within the time limit, for example by means of a return receipt. The returning party must pay the costs of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returning party.
When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and your account number for a refund.
We will refund the money you have paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment check, error and problems
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product is lost or damaged during transit, or otherwise does not match your order or is faulty, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree how to rectify the fault. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of liability
Grillipöytä.fi shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to such damage.
Disagreements
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance to settle the matter.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
