At the SocialBBQ pavilion in Aura, meetings, great food, and working together come together to create a new kind of corporate experience.
A barbecue table turns dining into a shared experience. Everyone can join in on the barbecue; the food is prepared while we chat, and sitting around the same table gives us time to enjoy each other’s company at a leisurely pace.
For corporate groups, we offer two ready-made packages For 6–16 people.
MEET & GRILL
Morning Meeting & Barbecue Lunch
Let’s have the meeting first. Then we’ll have a barbecue.
Meet & Grill combines an efficient meeting with a shared barbecue lunch. The day begins with morning coffee and a filled roll, after which participants focus on shared business in the pavilion’s meeting space.
After the meeting, we’ll switch to a more relaxed atmosphere, fire up the grills, and prepare lunch together around the barbecue table.

Meet & Grill is ideal for executive teams, team-building days, planning sessions, client meetings, and small training sessions, for example.
Would you like some activities planned for the day as well?
Once the grill is lit and the coals are ready, it’s the perfect time for an activity that lasts about an hour.
For an additional fee, we can arrange, for example, archery or tank soccer. Other activities are also available through our partners—ask about the options.
AFTER WORK & GRILL
After work, gather around the barbecue table
The workday ends. Time together begins.
At After Work & Grill, we set aside our calendars and agendas. We gather around the grill table, fire up the grills, and prepare a hearty BBQ menu together.
Here, dining isn’t just one part of the evening— grilling together is the main event.
After Work & Grill includes

After Work & Grill is perfect for a get-together with your coworkers, a staff outing, a client event, or even a celebration of a successful project.
Round out your evening: dessert skewers and coffee are available for separate order.
Beverages
You can order non-alcoholic beverages through us. We do not serve alcoholic beverages, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks to the event.
Why at the barbecue table?
At the barbecue table, no one is left to handle the grill alone while others wait for the food to be ready. The grill is in the middle of the table, and everyone cooks together—chatting, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company.
Working together also lowers the barrier to conversation. We’ve noticed how, even people who don’t know each other start chatting naturally, exchanging ideas, and getting to know one another around the grill table.
Here, we don’t just eat together—we work together.
Barbecue Table Experiences All Year Round
The SocialBBQ pavilion is open year-round. The open flame of the grill table adds warmth as well as ambiance to the space, and separate heaters are also available for use in cooler weather.
The open lattice structure at the top of the pavilion allows for air circulation while grilling. Safety is ensured by following the instructions for use included with the grill tables.
The grilling season doesn’t have to end with summer.
